Two beautiful and romantic self-catering studios on the Prinsengracht canal, on one of the best areas of old city centre of Amsterdam: Art Galleries Quarter, Leidseplein, Vondelpark and The Museum Square, where you will find the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum. You can choose a studio with canal view or a studio with a roof terrace - or both!
No matter if you are coming with your family, work colleagues, friends or couples, wanting to stay together, although with privacy, you will feel very comfortable.

- This studio is located on the front of the building.
- First floor: living room, bathroom and coffee & tea area
- A comfortable double sofa bed in the living available
- Second floor: open mezzanine with double bedroom (queen size bed). Both floors with canal view!
- 2 m high ceiling
- Private bathroom (with bath tub) and toilet
- No kitchen
- No open areas
- Located on the third floor of the building (no lift)

- Coffee & tea facilities

Location

 

The apartment is set on the Prinsengracht canal, located on one of the best areas of Amsterdam - the “Spiegel Kwartier” - where the main antique shops and galleries can be found, but also the Museum Square.

You will be also at walking distance to everywhere in the city center: the Prinsengracht, the Museum Square, Leidsestraat, Leidseplein and Vondelpark. From there you can easily walk to other areas of the old city - like the Flower Market, the Jordaan, the Dam Square, the Nieuwmarkt and Central Station.

Public transport is just 50m from your doorsteps: bus, tram and taxi (details to be sent on your booking confirmation).

Check-in and check-out info

 

- Check-in time is from 2 pm to 10 pm;
- Check-out time is from 8 am to 11 am;

Notes:

- If you want to check-in earlier than 2 pm there are two possibilities:

  • If the night before your arrival is still available, we can block it on the calendar for you at the moment of your booking; we charge in this case an early arrival fee of 50% of a normal one night rate. You have in this case guarantee of an early check-in (from 8 am);
  • If you don’t want to pay the early arrival fee, you can take the risk: there is still the possibility of an early check-in if the accommodation was not booked the night before. In this case you will need to contact your host two days before your arrival (contact numbers will be sent on your booking confirmation) to check if it’s available.

  • We offer 10% discount for 7 or more nights;
  • For monthly rates we offer bigger reductions, depending on the time of stay;
  • All rates are inclusive VAT and Tourist Tax;
  • For early inquiries (longer than 45 days before check-in) and special periods (Easter, Queen’s Day, Gay Pride, IBC conference, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc) we require minimum of 4 nights (unless it fits exactly 3 nights in the calendar);
  • Those special periods may require surcharges; please send us your inquiry, so we can make a quote for you.
