The Accommodation

This studio is perfect for who is staying in Amsterdam for work or short vacations. Comfort is assured with the double mattress queen-size bed and good quality bed linen, so you can sleep well.

It has a recently renovated marble bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes crockery, glassware, cutlery and Italian coffee machine. Gas top and convection microwave oven. A toaster, kettle and blender are also provided. There is also an entrance room for luggage and hanging space.

Laundry facility (washer) included within the apartment. DVD, CD stereo, flat screen digital TV and unlimited internet connection if you decide to bring your laptop.

Notes:

- This is a non smoking apartment;

- As in many other typical Dutch old buildings, the stairs are steep, so we advise not to bring large luggage (there is no lift and therefore has no disabled facilities);

- Full linen, fresh towels, hairdryer and iron are provided;

- Washing machine, TV/CD/DVD/ADSL

- There are actually no house rules, the atmosphere is totally relaxed, just a kind request to respect the quality of life of the neighbors; therefore this is not a place for parties and noise should be kept at normal level;

- This accommodation is gay friendly.

- Apologies, but no pets allowed.

Location

Although 5 minutes from Leidseplein, in the city center, it is located in a very leafy, canal surrounded and quiet, serene area. You will be staying near the Stadsschouwburg Theatre, Paradiso, Melkweg, trams that run from central station and buses to the airport - and just 10 min stroll to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum , Vondelpark, the charming Jordaan area, supermarkets, open markets and fine shopping.

Check-in and check-out info

- Check-in time is from 2 pm to 10 pm;
- Check-out time is from 8 am to 11 am;

Notes:

- If you want to check-in earlier than 2 pm there are two possibilities:

If the night before your arrival is still available, we can block it on the calendar for you at the moment of your booking; we charge in this case an early arrival fee of 50% of a normal one night rate. You have in this case guarantee of an early check-in (from 8 am);
If you don’t want to pay the early arrival fee, you can take the risk: there is still the possibility of an early check-in if the accommodation was not booked the night before. In this case you will need to contact your host two days before your arrival (contact numbers will be sent on your booking confirmation) to check if it’s available.

We offer 10% discount for 7 or more nights;

For monthly rates we offer bigger reductions, depending on the time of stay;

All rates are inclusive VAT and Tourist Tax;

For early inquiries (longer than 45 days before check-in) and special periods (Easter, Queen’s Day, Gay Pride, IBC conference, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc) we require minimum of 4 nights (unless it fits exactly 3 nights in the calendar);

Those special periods may require surcharges; please send us your inquiry, so we can make a quote for you.
