It offers 3 rooms and views to the Sarphatipark, 2 steps away from the Amstel and 10 minutes walking distance from the Museum Square. It is the ideal location for a stay in one of the trendiest part of the city, yet avoiding the crowdie city center. For businessmen, it is also 20 minutes away only for the Rai Convention Center and the Amsterdam WTC. All the most famous spots of Amsterdam as well as public transport are at ease.
The accommodation is beautiful, cozy, light, chic and very comfortable.

The apartment has windows and balconies on both sides of the building, front and rear, guaranteeing thus plenty of natural light and great views. The white of the ceilings and floor area offer a nice and clear contrast to the colorful walls. Decorated in a very Parisian St Germain des Pres Style, but respecting the Amsterdam spirit, the apartment is simply a very relaxing place after your tour of the city.
The apartment has two main sides:
Front Side:
After passing via a small entrance with a library of English and French books, you will access the living room. This room has 2 French windows and a balcony with a view on the park and the evening sun. It is decorated with a large sofa, lounge chairs, media equipment including plasma screen and apple TV. There is a large collection of sofa table books and last editions of various magazines. In case you are visiting in a group of 3 or if you are welcoming an additional guest, the sofa can be accommodated as a comfortable bed.
The living room opens with 2 sliding doors to the study that can be transformed into a dining room. The study is decorated in a very French way with a collection of pictures on the wall and old books on the shelves. The mix of Napoleon style furniture mixed with more modern chairs gives this room a very cozy feeling. The coffee bar will allow you to enjoy a nice time in the room.
Back Side:
On the other side of the house, the chic bohemian bedroom with an original brick wall is offering all the comfort of a classic bedroom. You will find there a large queen size bed, a 24” Mac Screen to watch a movie, some Bose iPod Speakers, 2 large cupboards to put your clothes and much more… The bedroom is having an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a sink. You will also find here all the facilities for your laundry (the toilet is separated from the bathroom). The bedroom has an entrance to a large balcony with morning and afternoon sun. You will find there the necessary facilities to enjoy a breakfast or a lunch under the sun.
This balcony is also opening to a kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, gas plate cooker and oven, kettle, dishwasher, etc. It also has a bar table and chairs for you to seat if you wish to have your meals there.

Notes:
- This is a non smoking apartment but you are welcome to smoke on the open areas (balconies);
- For your information, as in many other typical Dutch old buildings, the stairs are steep. (There is no lift and therefore has no disabled facilities);
- Full linen, fresh towels, iron and iron board are provided;
- Washing machine, dishwasher, TV/CD/DVD/ADSL wireless Internet;
- The rates include first and final cleaning. You can order extra cleaning on your check-in for 12.50 Euros per hour.
- There are actually no house rules, the atmosphere is totally relaxed, just a kind request to respect the quality of life of the neighbors; therefore this is not a place for parties and noise should be kept at normal level;
- This accommodation is gay friendly;
- Apologies, but no pets allowed;

- If you want to check-in earlier than 2 pm there are two possibilities:
- If the night before your arrival is still available, we can block it on the calendar for you at the moment of your booking; we charge in this case an early arrival fee of 50% of a normal one night rate. You have in this case guarantee of an early check-in (from 8 am);
- If you don’t want to pay the early arrival fee, you can take the risk: there is still the possibility of an early check-in if the accommodation was not booked the night before. In this case you will need to contact your host two days before your arrival (contact numbers will be sent on your booking confirmation) to check if it’s available.
