This extraordinary self catering apartment is located in a green, silent and romantic courtyard in the Jordaan - in the historical center of Amsterdam. It offers one double bedroom and a double bed sofa in the living - perfect for couples or a group of friends. For long or short stay rentals, this accommodation is very comfortable, as it is spacious, light and cozy. You won’t need there any fireplace, because there is floor heating, a must in the winter.
Shopping, sightseeing and everything more Amsterdam has to offer, is just a couple of minutes walk. Simply beautiful…

The Accommodation |
In the Jordaan Apartment was recently completely renovated and it is situated on the ground floor of a former factory - now a historical monument. The area of the apartment is of approx. 50m², divided in 2 floors:
- The first floor:
A bright living/dining room with 4,5 m high ceiling, marble floor with floor heating, a double bed sofa and an complete open kitchen with everything you may need: microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, huge stove, coffee machine, water cooker, etc. There you will also find find coffee, tea, sugar, powder milk and all the basic ingredients to cook, like oil and spices, so it is easy for you to cook a meal or make your own breakfast.
On this same floor there is the bathroom with bidet, washing machine and dryer. You also don’t need to bother to bring soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, body crème, hairdryer, toothpaste with you, so just pack some clothes in your hand luggage and come to stay with us!
- The second floor:
It offers one light double bedroom with a cupboard and a basin. A glass wall (with curtains) gives you view to the first floor. Find also there a flat screen TV.

The apartment offers central heating, which you can control the temperature for your best comfort - although you won't need it in the summer. There is floor heating on the first floor (no need for fireplace!) and two radiators, plus one extra radiator on the second floor.
Although you are in the middle of the city, you won´t hear any street noises. You will find everything Amsterdam has to offer you, more or less just around the corner.

As the title says, this apartment is located in the Jordaan - one of the most romanticized neighborhoods in Amsterdam, where all major attractions are within walking distance. You shouldn't miss the Noordermarkt on Saturdays (food, clothes, flowers, etc) and Mondays (flea market): not only because you won’t resist buying fresh groceries or peculiar items, but also because you will get the feeling of the Dutch life style.
The Jordaan was once littered with craftsmanship ateliers and small merchant enterprises. It was taken by the hippies on the 60's and now has become a truly exciting and diverse area to explore. Its cafés and the Dutch people hanging around have a different character, comparing with other areas of the city. There are hundreds of small shops, funny houses, churches and museums, all within a short walk of your accommodation. There is also the convenience of being close to public transport, Central Station, Anne Frank House, Dam Square, Leidseplein, the Flower Markt, The Nine Little Streets and the Museum Square.
If you come by car, park at the P+R sites at the Sloterdijk or Zeeburg for only €6 per 24 hours with a maximum of 3 days. You will get free public transport tickets to travel from this parking lot to the center and vice versa.

- If you want to check-in earlier than 2 pm there are two possibilities:
- If the night before your arrival is still available, we can block it on the calendar for you at the moment of your booking; we charge in this case an early arrival fee of 50% of a normal one night rate. You have in this case guarantee of an early check-in (from 8 am);
- If you don’t want to pay the early arrival fee, you can take the risk: there is still the possibility of an early check-in if the accommodation was not booked the night before. In this case you will need to contact your host two days before your arrival (contact numbers will be sent on your booking confirmation) to check if it’s available.
