The Accommodation |

Built in 1820, both the building and the apartment have beautiful Amsterdam’s traditional architecture. Inside the accommodation, the very high ceilings and windows, the wooden work and many period details bring you this luxurious ambience feeling, surrounded by a Spanish style decoration.
The accommodation is located on the first floor and it offers 55m2 separated in two areas: the living and dining, with an open kitchen/bar, and the atelier - where the sleeping area is located - in addition to the bathroom and toilet of course.

The atelier offers a queen size double bed and, on the mezzanine, a double mattress as an extra bed in case you come with children or extra friends. For privacy, it suits better 2 people though, for the reason that both beds are in the same open space.
The access stair to the mezzanine is steep; therefore not recommended to people with walking disabilities.
The kitchen offers everything you need to cook at home, but if you prefer there is a great variety of restaurants at a short walking distance, as well as open markets, supermarkets, cafés, coffee-shops and an unimaginable selection of shops. In the kitchen you will also find a washing/drying machine if necessary.

It is located on one of the noblest canals in the historical center of Amsterdam, the Herengracht, next to the Jordaan, which is just 2 minutes walk away, as well as Anne Frank House and the Westerkerk (Western Church). The Dam Square, The Royal Palace, the Nieuwmarkt, The 9 Little Streets and the Flower Market are also just a few minutes walk, but if you wish to go further, you will find it very easy with all public transport very close by.

- Check-out time is from 8 am to 11 am;
Notes:
- If the apartment was not booked the night before you may check-in earlier, but in this case you will need contact your host a couple of days before your arrival (contact numbers will be sent on your booking confirmation) for any special arrangements.

- All rates are inclusive VAT and Tourist Tax;
- For early inquiries (longer than 45 days before check-in) and special periods (Easter, Queen’s Day, Gay Pride, IBC conference, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc) we require minimum of 4 nights (unless it fits exactly 3 nights in the calendar);
