This studio apartment is housed in an 18th century building with true Amsterdam character. The street is one of the “Negen Straatjes” (Nine Little Streets), famous for its little shops, cafés and bistros. It couldn’t be more convenient and charming: right in the heart of the old city!

The accommodation offers a small living room in the front, convertible to a bedroom for the third guest, the kitchen and bathroom in the middle of the house and in the back you'll find the biggest room, with a comfortable double bed.

Reasonable rates and walking distance to all the highlights our city can offer you.

Maximum 3 guests. No disable facilities. Gay friendly. Smoking allowed in the front room only.

The Accommodation

The studio offers a light and airy main room, accommodating the bedroom with a big double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) on one side, and the dinning room and a large built in closet on the other extreme. The front room is the perfect place to use as a living, an office - in case you have to work on your laptop - or as a bedroom for a third guest, as it offers a big sofa bed.
Shower and bathroom facilities are simple but very adequate!

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, gas stove, large fridge, coffee maker and water cooker. You can cook if you like or collect tasty delicacies from the bakers, traiteurs & specialty shops in your neighbourhood.

Notes:

- You can smoke only in the front room, with windows open please;

- It is located on the first floor of an 18th century building in the old center of Amsterdam and the stairs are steep: not recommendable for people with walking disabilities;

- The accommodation offers central heating, TV/CD/DVD/VHS and wireless ADSL Internet connection;

- Bed linen and towels are provided;

- This accommodation is gay friendly;

- Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

Location

The 9 Streets Studio is located in the heart of Amsterdam’s “Grachten Gordel” (Canal Belt). The building is situated on one of the “Negen Straatjes” (“Nine Little Streets”), right in the old city. There you will find not only tourists but also the locals buying their daily needs or art crafts, clothes, flowers, books and whatever more you can find. Restaurants are plenty serving cuisine from every corner of our world. All the shops, bars, restaurants and museums are virtually at your feet. A top location for your exciting Amsterdam adventure, one you won’t forget.

Check-in and check-out info

- Check-in time is from 3 pm to 10 pm;
- Check-out time is until 11 am;

Notes:

- If you want to check-in ealier than 3 pm there are two possibilities:

If the night before your arrival is still available, we can block it on the calendar for you at the moment of your booking; we charge in this case an early arrival fee of 50% of a normal one night rate. You have in this case guarantee of an early check-in (from 8 am);
If you don’t want to pay the early arrival fee, you can take the risk: there is still the possibility of an early check-in if the accommodation was not booked the night before. In this case you will need to contact your host two days before your arrival (contact numbers will be sent on your booking confirmation) to check if it’s available.

We offer 10% discount for 7 or more nights;

For monthly rates we offer bigger reductions, depending on the time of stay;

All rates are inclusive VAT and Tourist Tax;

For early inquiries (longer than 45 days before check-in) and special periods (Easter, Queen’s Day, Gay Pride, IBC conference, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc) we require minimum of 4 nights (unless it fits exactly 3 nights in the calendar);

Those special periods may require surcharges; please send us your inquiry, so we can make a quote for you.
