The St. Pieter Apartment is a stunning two floors accommodation located in the heart of Amsterdam: a quiet residential street near Dam Square, in the oldest part of town, just a few minutes walk from Central Station.
It offers two bedrooms (one double bed + one single bed), a study (with an extra fold away bed), living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a beautiful terrace. Ideal for short and medium stays, for vacation or business.
Maximum 4 guests. No disable facilities. Gay friendly. Smoking allowed on the terrace.

The Accommodation |
|
Although just 2 minutes distance from the Dam Square, the apartment is very quiet and has a lot of natural light coming in. On the south side you can enjoy a cup of tea on the terrace with garden view.
On the first level you have your own entrance to the apartment. There is a hall, toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a living room, which faces the terrace. In the living you find a TV, DVD as well as an internet access point. Upstairs you have two separate bedrooms and a complete bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller and has a single bed. A fourth guest can sleep in a foldaway bed placed in the study.

Notes:
- The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, without lift, and therefore has no disabled facilities;
- The accommodation is a non smoking house, but you can smoke outside on the terrace;
- It offers wireless ADSL for your laptop;
- Find also central heating, dishwasher, ironing equipment, cable TV/DVD/CD;
- Bed linen and towels are provided;
- There are actually no house rules, the atmosphere is totally relaxed, just a kind request to respect the quality of life of the neighbors; therefore this is not a place for parties and noise should be kept at normal level;
- This accommodation is gay friendly;
- Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

Location
|
The St. Pieter Apartment is located in the middle of the old city center, meaning that almost everything of interest in the city is less than a mile away. If you want to travel further, there are plenty of tram lines taking you in any direction. Central Station is a couple of minutes walking or one stop by tram. Despite of the fact that you are so central, the apartment is set in a very quiet street.
DAM SQUARE AND NES
In the area around the Dam Square you have the Madame Tussaud (the world famous wax museum), the New Church (Nieuwe Kerk ), often used for important art exhibitions and Beurs van Berlage , an old Stock Exchange building now used as a concert hall and an exhibition space (located behind the Bijenkorf department store).
There are food stalls, restaurants and shops galleries, including the trendy Bijenkorf , Magna Plaza , Bonneterie and the Amsterdam Diamond center.

- Check-in time is from 2 pm to 10 pm;
- Check-out time is max 11 am;
Notes:
- If you arrive much earlier than 2 pm there are two possibilities:
- If the night before your arrival is still available, we can block it on the calendar for you at the moment of your booking; we charge in this case an early arrival fee of 50% of a normal one night rate. You have in this case guarantee of an early check-in (from 8 am);
- If you don’t want to pay the early arrival fee, you can take the risk: there is still the possibility of an early check-in if the accommodation was not booked the night before. In this case you will need to contact your host two days before your arrival (contact numbers will be sent on your booking confirmation) to check if it’s available.

- For early inquiries (longer than 45 days before check-in) and special periods (Easter, Queen’s Day, Gay Pride, IBC conference, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc) we require minimum of 4 nights (unless it fits exactly 3 nights in the calendar);
- Those special periods may require surcharges; please send us your inquiry, so we can make a quote for you.
